We are learning about kauri trees for our topic I enjoyed doing this slide about kauri trees. Its really sad that Kauri tree are dying because of the disease kauri dieback. If you want to know how to grow a kauri seed come look at this. I found some really interesting facts about the kauri rakau did you know that if the weather is good  it could take up to 10 to 20 days to grow into a sprout?.

Dear Isabel,
On behalf of Te Kauru and Te Manga students, we would like to thank you for this amazing experience of seeing wildlife in our oceans
My highlight of the day was getting in the ocean and seeing some exotic fish that I never knew existed It was amazing. I absolutely loved discovering their names on the charts we were given. Some fish species weren’t even on the list!!! When I was around the seaweed, I got nervous because I thought a fish was going to JUMP out at me. I had the best time ever, I wish I could do it again.
Once again I would like to thank you for putting your time and effort into giving me and my class an amazing experience of seeing a marine reserve at whatuwhiwhi.
